摘要 雌激素是一种维持机体正常生理功能的类固醇激素,其主要功能包括促进生殖系统发育,调节机体代谢水平及免疫功能。研究发现,雌激素对多种自身免疫耐受疾病有较好的治疗效果。Treg在保持自身免疫耐受方面具有重要作用,其功能的缺陷将导致自身免疫耐受性的破坏和自身免疫性疾病的发生。本文就雌激素对Treg细胞影响机制的研究进展做一简要综述。 Estrogen is a steroid hormone that maintains the body’s normal physiological functions.Main functions of estrogen include promoting development of reproductive system,regulating metabolism and immune function.Studies have found that estrogen has better therapeutic effect on a variety of autoimmune diseases.Treg plays an important role in maintaining autoimmune tolerance,and its functional defects will lead to destruction of autoimmune tolerance and occurrence of autoimmune diseases.In this review,mechanism of estrogen’s effect on Treg cells was reviewed.
