摘要
衣原体是专性胞内致病菌,可导致盆腔炎、致盲性沙眼、淋巴结炎和社区获得性肺炎等。由于衣原体在真核细胞的生存受到限制,因此他们必须完全适应宿主细胞内环境并形成各种防御机制来干扰真核细胞的固有免疫反应。本文从NF-κB信号通路、炎症反应、凋亡、自噬等方面综述了衣原体颠覆宿主固有免疫的最新研究进展,为进一步研究衣原体致病机制提供了依据。
Chlamydiais an obligate intracellular pathogen,which can lead to pelvic inflammation,blinding trachoma,lymphadenitis and community acquired pneumonia.Since its survival in eukaryotic cells was limited,they had to perfectly adapt to intracellular environment of the host cell and counteract the numerous defense mechanism to interfere with the host innate immunity.This paper reviewed recently advances of Chlamydia in subverting host innate immunity via NF-κB signaling pathway,inflammatory response,apoptosis and autophagy,which provided a basis for further study on the pathogenic mechanism of Chlamydia.
