摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)是一组慢性、复发性、炎症性疾病,主要包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。IBD的发病机制尚未完全清楚,目前认为可能与感染、环境、遗传、免疫、肠道微生物等因素有关,其中免疫功能异常在IBD的发病机制中日益受到关注。Th17细胞的分化受到诸多细胞因子、转录因子、信号通路等因素的影响。目前研究发现Th17细胞在IBD的发生发展过程中主要起到促炎作用,但也有研究显示Th17细胞分泌的细胞因子对IBD起到一定的保护作用。因此,深入探讨Th17细胞及其分泌的细胞因子在IBD中的作用机制,如何更好地调控Th17细胞的分化及功能,使其为IBD的治疗提供新的治疗靶点,都有待进一步的研究。 Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of chronic,recurrent and inflammatory diseases,mainly including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.The pathogenesis of IBD has not been fully clear,which is thought be related to infection,environment,heredity,immunity,intestinal microorganism and other factors,among which the abnormal immune function is increasingly concerned in the pathogenesis of IBD.The differentiation of Th17 cells is influenced by many factors,such as cytokines,transcription factors,signaling pathways and so on.Current studies have found that Th17 cells mainly play a pro-inflammatory role in the development of IBD,but other studies have shown that cytokines secreted by Th17 play a protective role in IBD.Therefore,further research is needed to explore the mechanism of Th17 and its secreted cytokines in IBD and how to better regulate the differentiation and function of Th17 cells so as to provide new therapeutic targets for the treatment of IBD.
