红凤菜总黄酮和总酚含量及其抗氧化和α-淀粉酶抑制活性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究红凤菜一年中总黄酮、总酚含量及其抗氧化、抑制α-淀粉酶活性的动态变化,收集2019年1—12月的12份红凤菜,以95%乙醇提取,得到12份提取物。采用紫外可见分光光度法测定不同月份红凤菜总黄酮和总酚含量;以维生素C为阳性对照,采用ABTS和DPPH法,评价不同月份红凤菜抗氧化能力;以阿卡波糖为阳性对照,采用α-淀粉酶抑制试验,评价不同月份红凤菜抑制α-淀粉酶活性。结果表明:红凤菜1、2、12月总黄酮和总酚含量较高,抗氧化能力和抑制α-淀粉酶活性较强。这一研究提示红凤菜更适合在1、2、12月药用及食用。 The dynamic changes of the contents of total flavonoid and total phenol of Gynura bicolor in a year and their antioxidant and α-amylase inhibitory activities were studied. A total of 12 samples, collected from January to December in 2019, were extracted with 95% ethanol to obtain 12 extracts. A UV-visible spectrophotometry was used to measure the contents of total flavonoid and total phenol of G.bicolor in different months. With vitamin C as a positive control, the ABTS and DPPH assays were used to evaluate the free radicals scavenging abilities of G.bicolor collected in different months. With acarbose as a positive control, an α-amylase inhibition experiment was used to evaluate the α-amylase inhibitory activity of G.bicolor collected in different months. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoid and phenol of samples collected in January, February and December were higher than those obtained in other months, and the ABTS and DPPH free radicals scavenging and α-mylase inhibitory activities of samples collected in January, February and December were stronger than those obtained in other months. The above results suggest that G.bicolor is more suitable to be used for medicine and food in January, February and December.
