摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis) CS27是一株饲用微生物添加剂菌株。为提高5 L发酵罐枯草芽孢杆菌CS27的生物量,采用单因素试验方法优化发酵工艺条件,最终确定最佳工艺参数为搅拌速度180 r·min^(-1)、pH值6.5、溶氧量10%、温度32℃、最适培养时间21 h,在此发酵条件下枯草芽孢杆菌CS27菌体生物量可达1.45×10^(10) cfu·mL^(-1),并筛选出吸附效果较好的沸石作为保藏载体,为枯草芽孢杆菌CS27工厂化应用及保藏提供理论基础。
Bacillus subtilis CS27 is a feed microbial additive strain. In order to increase the biomass of B.subtilis CS27 in 5 L fermentation tank, the preparation process of solid bacteria agent was preliminarily developed. In this paper, the fermentation process conditions were optimized by single factor test method, and the optimal process parameters were finally determined as follows: stirring speed 180 r·min^(-1), pH 6.5, dissolved oxygen 10%, temperature 32 ℃, optimum culture time 21 h, the biomass of bacteria was up to 1.45×10^(10)cfu·mL^(-1), and zeolite with good adsorption effect was selected as the storage carrier. This study provided theoretical basis for the industrial application and storage of B.subtilis CS27.
