山东省海洋产业上市公司发展现状、资本结构及发展策略

Research on Development Status, Capital Structure and Development Countermeasure of Listed Companies of Marine Industry in Shandong Province

山东省是我国海洋经济大省,海岸线较长,海洋资源丰富,区位优势明显,但在发展海洋经济过程中也面临诸多问题。通过对山东省13家海洋产业上市公司的发展现状、资本结构进行系统性研究发现,山东省海洋产业存在上市公司比例偏低、产业结构不均衡、资本使用效率相对较低以及融资渠道偏窄等问题,并针对这些问题提出了对策建议。

Shandong province is a major province of marine economy in China. It has a long coastline, abundant marine resources and obvious regional advantages. However, it also faces many questions in the development of marine economy. Through a systematic study on the development status and capital structure of 13 listed marine companies in Shandong province, it is found marine industry in Shandong province has some questions, such as the proportion of listed companies is low, the industrial structure is unbalanced, the efficiency of capital use is relatively low, and the financing channels are few, etc. And about these questions, some pertinent policy suggestions are put forward.
