摘要 某新型燃气轮机的核心铸件轴套和导流环采用GX23CrMo V12-1耐热钢制造,其强度等级要求540-740MPa、550℃屈服强度要求≥290MPa。通过研究不同热处理工艺对GX23CrMoV12-1耐热钢组织与力学性能的影响,结合轴套和导流环薄壁易变形的特点,确定了1040-1060℃风冷淬火+730-750℃回火的铸件热处理制度,在保证产品力学性能的同时,有效控制了热处理变形,也满足了730℃下焊后去应力退火要求。
