高位结扎术联合聚桂醇注射治疗对大隐静脉曲张患者的疗效

The effect of high ligation combined with cinnamyl alcohol injection on patients with varicose veins

目的观察高位结扎术联合聚桂醇注射治疗对大隐静脉曲张患者的治疗效果。方法收集2017年7月至2020年12月在安徽医科大学附属阜阳医接受治疗的89例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,并根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=44),其中,对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎术联合抽剥术进行治疗,观察组采用高位结扎术联合聚桂醇注射治疗。比较两组患者的手术情况、手术效果、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生情况,以及手术前后的心理状况。结果观察组患者的手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组患者,术中出血量少于对照组患者(P<0.01)。观察组患者的手术有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组患者的81.82%(36/44)(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1、2、3 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均少于对照组患者(P<0.01)。术后5 d,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者的并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高位结扎术联合聚桂醇注射对大隐静脉曲张患者具有较好的治疗效果,可改善患者的疼痛感和预后,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of high ligation combined with cinnamyl alcohol injection on patients with varicose veins.Method The data of patients with varicose veins treated in Fuyang Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from July 2017 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=45)according to the treatment.The patients in the control group was given high ligation and stripping,and the patients in the observation group was given high ligation and cinnamyl alcohol treatment.The general condition of the operation,effect of the operation,postoperative pain scores,incidence of postoperative complications,and psychological status of the two groups before and after the surgery were observed.Result The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.01).The operation effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 81.82%(36/44)of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,2,and 3 days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5 days after the surgery,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High ligation combined with cinnamyl alcohol injection has a good therapeutic effect on patients with varicose veins,which can improve the pain and prognosis of patients,and has good application value.
