球囊扩张与支架植入术治疗非血栓性髂静脉压迫综合征的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of balloon dilatation combined stent implantation in treatment of nonthrombotic iliac venous compression syndrome

目的探讨球囊扩张与支架植入术治疗非血栓性髂静脉压迫综合征(NIVCS)的临床疗效。方法选取泉州市第一医院2019年1月至2020年1收治的110例NIVCS患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=62),统计并比较两组技术成功率、肿胀缓解率、疼痛缓解率、溃疡愈合率和并发症发生率;比较术前及术后3、6、9、12个月静脉临床严重程度评分表(VCSS)评分。结果两组患者技术成功率均为100%;两组患者肿胀缓解率、疼痛缓解率及溃疡愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后3、6、9、12个月的VCSS评分低于术前,且观察组患者术后9、12个月VCSS评分。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论球囊扩张联合应用支架植入术治疗NIVCS可获得更理想的治疗效果且并发症少,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。

Objective To probe into the effect of balloon dilatation combined stent implantation in treatment of nonthrombotic iliac venous compression syndrome(NIVCS).Method A total of 110 NIVCS patients admitted in Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=48,treated with balloon dilation)and observation group(n=62,treated with balloon dilatation and stent implantation).The success rate,swelling remission rate,pain relief rate and complication rate were compared;the VCSS scores 3,6,9 and 12 months after operation.Result There were no significant differences for the success rate(100%in both groups)swelling remission rate and pain relief rate(P>0.05).The VCSS scores 3,6,9 and 12 months after operation in the two groups were lower than those before operation,with lower VCSS scores 9 and 12 months after operation in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The balloon dilatation combined stent implantation in treatment of NIVCS can obtain better therapeutic effect with less complications,which is effective and safe.
