摘要
目的探讨脉冲加压联合低分子肝素对预防产后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月在青岛市第八人民医院分娩的孕产妇140例临床资料,根据预防措施不同分为观察组(n=69)和对照组(n=71)。观察并比较两组孕产妇分娩后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率和下肢周径;分娩前后凝血功能指标和血流动力学指标。结果两组孕产妇下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率、下肢周径和血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分娩后,观察组孕产妇凝血酶原时间、部分活化凝血酶原时间、D-二聚体和Xa因子高于对照组孕产妇(P<0.05);血液黏度低切值和高切值低于对照组孕产妇(P<0.05)。结论脉冲加压联合低分子肝素对预防产后下肢深静脉血栓形成具有良好的临床效果,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulse compression combined with low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)on preventing deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in the postpartum period.Method A total of 140 pregnant women delivered at Qingdao Eighth People's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=69)and a control group(n=71)according to different preventive measures.Their clinical data were also collected.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and the lower extremities'circumference after delivery were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.Indicators,including the coagulation function indexes and hemodynamic indexes before and after delivery,were also observed.Result There were no significant in the incidence rate of deep venous thrombosis,the circumference of the lower extremity,and blood flow velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After delivery,clinical indicators including prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,D-dimer,and Xa in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);both the low and high shear rates of blood viscosity were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulse compression combined with LMWH has an excellent clinical effect in preventing postpartum deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity,which is worth further promotion.
