The correlation between serum uric acid levels in the third trimester of pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes

Objective To investigate the associations between serum uric acid levels during the third trimester of pregnancy and risks of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods In this retrospective study,a cohort of 7 995 pregnant women hospitalized for childbirth from January 2014 to January 2019 were collected to compare pregnancy outcomes between subjects with and those without hyperuricemia(HUA).
