Clinical features and gene mutation analysis of CDKL5 gene related early-onset epileptic encephalopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and gene mutation of seven cases of CDKL5 gene related early-onset epileptic encephalopathy diagnosed by nextgeneration sequencing.Methods The clinical data of children with early-onset epileptic encephalopathy from February 2018 to December 2019 in the Department of Neurology,Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed.
