度洛西汀联合认知行为干预治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Duloxetine Plus Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Depression

目的探讨度洛西汀联合认知行为干预在治疗抑郁症患者上的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月到2020年1月我院门诊抑郁症患者共88例为研究对象,按照随机分组的方式将其分为两组(各44例)进行对比观察,分组前对两组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,无显著差异。其中对照组采用度洛西汀进行治疗;观察组患者采用度洛西汀联合认知行为干预的方法进行治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比和观察。结果在经过3~8周的治疗后对两组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分观察,其中观察组患者评分明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者自杀态度测评量表(QSA)各项指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的依从性表现均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对抑郁症患者积极予以度洛西汀联合认知行为干预,可以产生十分明显的临床效果,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,缓解抑郁和焦虑状态,建议在临床上进一步进行推广和应用。

Objective The paper discussed the clinical effect of duloxetine plus cognitive-behavioral therapy in the treatment of patients with depression.Methods A total of 88 outpatients with depression in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly and equally divided into two groups for comparative observation(44 cases each).Before grouping,all patients were scored by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and no significant difference was found.Among them,the control group received duloxetine;the observation group received duloxetine plus cognitive-behavioral therapy,and the treatment effects were compared and observed.Results After3-8 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were observed on the two groups of patients.Compared with control group,the scores of observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the scores of all indicators of the Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA)were significantly higher(P<0.05).The compliance performance of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine plus cognitive-behavioral therapy has a good effect in the treatment of patients with depression,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve depression and anxiety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
