不同剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效探讨

Effect of Different doses of Houttuynia Qinlan mixture on herpetic angina in children

目的:探讨用不同剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:选取123例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,将其随机分为A组、B组和C组。对三组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,用小剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂对A组患儿进行治疗,用中剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂对B组患儿进行治疗,用高剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂对C组患儿进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比三组患儿症状体征的改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,三组患儿症状体征的评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,三组患儿症状体征的评分均低于治疗前,其中C组患儿症状体征的评分均低于A组和B组患儿,B组患儿症状体征的评分低于A组患儿,P<0.05。A组和B组患儿治疗的总有效率均低于C组患儿,P<0.05。A组和B组患儿治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05。A组患儿治疗的愈显率均低于B组和C组患儿,P<0.05。B组患儿治疗的愈显率低于C组患儿,P<0.05。结论:与采用小剂量或中剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果相比,用高剂量的鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗该病的效果更佳,可有效地改善患儿的症状体征。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of different doses of Houttuynia Qinlan mixture in the treatment of children herp etic angina.Methods:123 children with herpetic angina were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Routine treatment was performed in all three groups.On this basis,the children in group A were treated with small dose of Houttuynia Qinlan mixture,the children in group B were treated with medium dose of houttuynia Qinlan mixture,and the children in group C were treated with high dose of houttuynia Qinlan mixture.After treatment,the improvement of symptoms and signs and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the three groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the three groups were lower than before,and the scores of symptoms and signs in group C were lower than those in group A and GROUP B,and the scores of symptoms and signs in group B were lower than those in group A,P<0.05.The total effective rate of group A and B was lower than that of group C,P<0.05.The total effective rate was compared between group A and GROUP B,P>0.05.The healing rate of group A was lower than that of group B and GROUP C,P<0.05.The healing rate of group B was lower than that of group C,P<0.05.Conclusion:with small dose or the dose of h.cordata Qin blue mixture in the treatment of infantile herpangina,compared the effect of high dose of h.cordata Qin blue mixture in the treatment of the disease better,can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and signs.
