自拟鱼胆方治疗肝胆郁热型口苦症的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of yudan prescription for treating bitter mouth sy ndrome with heat stagnation of liver and gallbladder

目的:研究用自拟的鱼胆方治疗肝胆郁热型口苦症的效果。方法:选择昭通市中医医院2017年1月至2019年12月期间收治的124例口苦症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和治疗组。用龙胆泻肝片对对照组患者进行治疗,用自拟的鱼胆方对治疗组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。在治疗组患者中,年龄≤45岁的患者治疗的总有效率高于年龄>45岁的患者,P<0.05。结论:用自拟的鱼胆方治疗肝胆郁热型口苦症的效果显著,且年轻患者的疗效更佳。

Objective:To study the effect of yudan prescription on the treatment of bitter mouth syndrome with heat stagnation of liver and gallbladder.Methods:A total of 124 patients with xerostomia admitted to Zhaotong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group were treated with Longdan Xiegan tablet,and patients in the treatment group were treated with yudan prescription,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group,P<0.05.In the treatment group,the total effective rate of patients aged≤45 years was higher than that of patients aged>45 years,P<0.05.Conclusion:Yudan prescription designed by us has a significant effect on the treatment of liver and gallbladder heat stagnation and bitter mouth disease,and the effect is better for young patients.
