广州市某医院口腔介入建设项目职业病危害放射防护控制效果分析与评价 被引量:6

Analysis and evaluation on control effect of radiation protection against occupational hazards in oral intervention construction project of a hospital in Guangzhou City

摘要 目的分析广州市某口腔介入建设项目产生的放射性职业危害因素及其放射防护措施的落实情况,预防和控制放射性职业病危害,保障工作人员与公众健康。方法2018年依据国家现行放射卫生标准与方法,根据建设单位提供的资料,采用现场卫生学调查、现场检测等方法对项目进行分析,调查该项目产生的放射性危害因素、辐射水平和对人体危害的严重程度,对已采取放射防护措施的效果进行综合评价。结果该口腔介入项目场所工作分区及平面布局合理,屏蔽防护设施符合国家标准要求,放射防护管理制度规范完整,设备质量控制检测与场所防护效果检测均合格;机房内工作人员的年剂量最大值为0.0375m Sv,机房外工作人员的年剂量最大值为0.0008 mSv,公众的年剂量最大值为0.0003 mSv。结论口腔介入建设项目放射性职业病危害控制效果良好,放射工作人员和公众年有效剂量估算值低于国家限值,但仍需落实放射工作人员个人剂量监测,尤其是加强对受照部位较大的手部剂量的监测与防护,确保放射工作人员的受照剂量达到尽可能低的水平。 Objective To analyze the the radioactive occupational hazard factors generated by an oral intervention construction project in Guangzhou City and the implementation of radioactive protective measures,prevent and control the radioactive occupational hazard,and ensure the health of workers and the public.Methods According to the national radiological hygiene standards and methods,the project was analyzed by means of on-site hygienic investigation and on-site testing based on the materials provided by the construction unit,to explore the radioactive hazard factors,radiation levels and the severity of the harm to human body produced by the project.The effect of the radiation protection measures taken was comprehensively evaluated.Results The working area and plane layout of the oral intervention project site were reasonable.The shielding protection facilities met the requirements of national standards.The radiological protection management system was standardized and complete,and the equipment quality control test and the site protection effect test were qualified.The maximum annual dose of the staff in the radiation room was 0.0375 mSv,the maximum annual dose of workers outside the radiation room was 0.0008 m Sv,and the maximum annual dose of the public was 0.0003 mSv.Conclusion The control effect of radioactive occupational hazards in oral intervention construction project is good.The estimated annual effective dose of radiation workers and the public are lower than the national limit.But it is still necessary to implement the personal dose monitoring of radiation workers,especially to strengthen the monitoring and protection of the hands with large radiation exposure,to ensure that the radiation dose of radiation workers reaches the lowest possible level.
