苏州市健康管理师开展全程健康管理服务现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the status and influential factors of whole-process health management services conducted by health managers in Suzhou City

目的分析苏州市健康管理师开展全程健康管理服务现状及其影响因素,从而为健康管理师开展精准有效的健康管理服务提供对策研究。方法2019年2-5月,采用分层随机抽样的方法,从苏州市健康管理师资源库中按照10个区(市)对自愿接受调查的344名健康管理师是否开展全程健康管理服务进行调查,对影响开展全程健康管理服务的相关因素进行分析。结果健康管理师开展全程健康管理服务的有36.34%(125/344)。不同年龄、文化程度、职业、所在单位类别、自身健康状况、参加继续教育培训及职业技能知识掌握情况的健康管理师开展全程健康管理服务比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。年龄40~<50岁[OR(95%CI)=2.998(1.522~5.906)]、参加继续教育培训[OR(95%CI)=3.248(1.901~5.548)]、掌握职业技能知识[OR(95%CI)=1.736(1.047~2.876)]与开展全程健康管理服务呈正相关,所在单位类别为二级及以上医院[OR(95%CI)=0.240(0.068~0.670)]与其呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论苏州市健康管理师开展全程健康管理服务比例不高,应进一步加强健康管理师继续教育与职业技能培训,为健康管理师开展精准有效的健康管理服务提供更多的政策支持。

Objective To investigate the status and influential factors of whole-process health management services conducted by health managers in Suzhou City,provide countermeasures for health managers to develop accurate and effective health management services.Methods From February to May in 2019,stratified random sampling method was used to collect 344 health managers who voluntarily accepted the survey from Suzhou health manager resource library according to 10 districts(cites),to investigate whether they have conducted whole-process health management services,and the factors affecting whole-process health management services were analyzed.Results 36.34%(125/344)of health managers conducted whole-process health management services.There were statistically significant differences in conducting the whole-process health management services among health managers in different age,education level,occupations,types of units,health status,participation in continuing education training,and mastering of vocational skills knowledge(all P<0.05).Age of 40-<50 year-old,participation in continuing education training,and mastering of vocational skills knowledge were positively correlated with conducting the whole-process health management services[OR(95%CI)=2.998(1.522-5.906),3.248(1.901-5.548),1.736(1.047-2.876)],while the secondary hospital and above showed a negative correlation[OR(95%CI)=0.240(0.068-0.670)],and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The percentage of health managers have conducted whole-process health management services in Suzhou City is not high.It is necessary to further strengthen the continuing education and vocational skills training for the health managers,and provide more policy support for health managers to develop accurate and effective health management services.
