摘要
"健康中国"战略的实施,使得健康开始成为人们新的关注点,但是随着经济社会的发展,企业之间竞争激烈,这种紧张的竞争环境导致员工的工作压力与日俱增,过度的工作压力带来了很多身体和心理的健康问题。通过分析目前工作压力风险的挑战及其对于职场健康的挑战,提出了基于职场健康的工作压力风险管理模型,进而就具体的工作压力风险管理策略进行诠释,借助"以人为本"的理念,从社会、企业和个人三个层面着手构建职场健康体系应对工作压力及其风险。多元主体共同参与到职场健康体系的构建中,营造一个良好的工作环境和工作氛围,实现工作环境、组织、他人与个体的和谐。
With the implementation of"healthy China"strategy,health has become a new focus of attention.However,with the development of economy and society,the competition between enterprises is fierce.This tense competitive environment leads to the increasing work pressure of employees.Excessive work pressure has brought a lot of physical and mental health problems.By analyzing the current challenges of work stress risk and its challenges to workplace health,this paper puts forward a risk management model of work stress based on workplace health,and then interprets the specific risk management strategies of work stress.With the help of the concept of"people-oriented",this paper constructs a workplace health system from three levels of society,enterprise and individual to deal with work stress and its risks.Multiple subjects participate in the construction of workplace health,create a good working environment and working atmosphere,and realize the harmony of working environment,organization,others and individuals.
