油田化学助剂加药作业职业卫生调查

Investigation on occupational health of chemical additive dosing operation in oilfield

摘要 目的了解山东省某油田企业化学助剂的使用情况及加药作业的职业卫生现状、防护设施及加药作业人员的职业健康状况,为油田化学助剂加药作业的职业防护及作业场所职业卫生管理提供依据。方法2020年10—11月,采取现场调查的方法,对油田11家采油厂化学助剂使用情况、基本状况、职业健康监护档案和职业防护等进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果加药间加药罐巡检位的1份甲醇样品不合格,短时间接触浓度(CTWA)超过国家标准限值要求,达249.87 mg/m^(3);个人防护用品防护手套配备率为95.0%,护目镜配备率为77.3%,防护面(口)罩配备率为89.2%。2020年健康检查结果显示,无与职业相关异常结果。结论该油田11家采油厂对于化学助剂加药作业的定期检测和职业健康监护等管理措施及设施较为完善,存在部分作业场所有害因素浓度超标情况,应加强加药间通风排毒措施,确保有害因素浓度符合国家标准。 Objective To investigate the use of chemical additives,occupational health status of dosing operation,protective facilities and occupational health status of dosing workers in an oilfield of Shandong Province,provide basis for occupational protection of dosing operation of chemical additives and occupational health management in the workplace in oilfield.Methods From October to November 2020,the method of field investigation was adopted to investigate the use situation,basic situation,occupational health records and occupational protection of chemical additives in 11 oil production plants of the oilfield,and the data were analyzed.Results One methanol sample in inspection position of the dosing tank in the dosing workplace was unqualified,and the time-weighted average concentration(CTWA)exceeded the national standard limit,reaching 249.87 mg/m^(3).For the personal protective equipment,the rate of protective gloves,goggles and protective masks was 95.0%,77.3%and 89.2%,respectively.The health examination results of 2020 showed that there were no abnormal results related to occupation.Conclusion The management measures and facilities,such as regular detection and occupational health monitoring of chemical additive dosing operation,in 11 oil production plants of the oilfield are perfect.But there is a situation that the concentration of harmful factors in some workplaces exceeds the standard,and the ventilation and detoxification measures should be strengthened to ensure that the concentration of harmful factors conforms to the national standard.
