基于Web of Science数据库的农村卫生文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of rural health literature based on Web of Science Database

目的通过对国外农村卫生领域文献进行分析,识别该领域的研究态势。方法利用Web of Science核心合集引文数据库检索2000—2018年国际上发表的农村卫生主题文献2996篇。运用HistCite软件对2996篇施引文献进行描述性统计分析,利用CiteSpace软件进行文献共被引网络分析,识别农村卫生领域的知识基础、知识结构与动态。结果Web of Science核心合集引文数据库2000—2005年平均每年收录农村卫生主题研究文献68篇,2006—2018年平均每年收录了199篇,收录文献数量整体上呈增长趋势。农村卫生领域发文量前3的机构为澳大利亚的莫纳什大学、美国的北卡罗来纳大学和澳大利亚的悉尼大学。载文期刊前3位为《农村卫生杂志》《农村和边远地区卫生》和《澳大利亚农村卫生杂志》,3种期刊载文量占数据集的14.9%。文献共被引网络模块值为0.8623,10个主要聚类的轮廓值为0.846~0.993,聚类代表标签分别为招聘和保留、精神卫生、教育、产前保健、定性研究、慢性病、农村卫生诊所、健康行为模型或资源有限环境和政府项目。结论卫生人力的招聘和保留是农村卫生领域研究的一个重要主题。农村地区人群健康结果的改善需要整合社会经济因素、卫生服务供给因素、环境因素和文化因素等政策干预措施来实现。

Objective To identify the research trends in the field of rural health through the analysis of the relative foreign literature.Methods Searching the Web of Science core collection citation database,2996 articles about rural health studies published from 2000 to 2018 were retrieved.By using HistCite software,2996 citing articles were analyzed by the descriptive statistical method.CiteSpace software was used to construct theco-citation network,to identify the knowledge base,knowledge structure and trends in the field of rural health.Results From 2000 to 2005,the Web of Science core collection citation database collected 68 papers on rural health topics annually on average,and from 2006 to 2018,it collected 199 papers annually on average,showing an overall growth trend.The top three institutions in the field of rural health were Monash University in Australia,University of North Carolina in the United States and University of Sydney in Australia.The top three journals were Journal of Rural Health,Rural and Remote Health and Australian Journal of Rural Health.The number of articles in three journals accounted for 14.9%of the data set.Modularity value of the co cited network was 0.8623.Silhouette value of the ten major cluster was from 0.846 to 0.993.The cluster representative labels were recruitment and retention,mental health,education,antenatal care,qualitative,chronic disease,rural health clinics,health behavior model,resource-limited settings and government programs.Conclusion Recruitment and retention of health manpower is an important topic in the field of rural health.The improvement of population health outcomes in rural areas needs policy interventions such as integration of social and economic factors,health service supply factors,environmental factors and cultural factors.
