医院磁性水平研究现状及展望

Research status and prospects of hospital magnetic level

"磁性医院"是健康工作环境的象征,是卓越护理的标志,其理念是促使护理执业环境处于良性的可持续发展状态。为实现高质量的人力资源管理、稳定护理人才队伍、提高护理服务质量、创建磁性护理工作环境提供参考和指导。我们通过对国内外医院"磁性水平"的研究进行综述,从"磁性医院"的概念、"磁性水平"测量工具、国内外医院"磁性水平"研究现状及影响因素等4个方面进行阐述,据此提出医院"磁性水平"对护理管理的启示,可以以"磁性医院"为理论基础,对护理工作环境和管理模式进行改革创新,对汉化后的磁性要素量表进行研究,并制定适合我国国情的磁性护理工作环境测评工具,深入研究医院"磁性水平"的影响因素,提出有效且实用的干预措施。

"Magnetic hospital"is a symbol of a healthy working environment and a symbol of excellence in nursing.Its concept promotes nursing practice environment in a healthy and sustainable development state.In order to provide the reference and guidance for realizing high-quality human resource management,stabilizing the nursing talent team,improving the quality of nursing service,and creating a magnetic nursing work environment,we review the research on"magnetic level"in hospitals at home and abroad,describe from four aspects of concept of"magnetic hospital",measurement tools of"magnetic level",research status and influencing factors of"magnetic level"in hospitals at home and abroad.On this basis,we put forward the enlightenment of hospital"magnetic level"to nursing management,reform and innovate the nursing working environment and management mode based on the theory of"magnetic hospital",study the Chinese magnetic element scale,formulate a magnetic nursing working environment evaluation tool suitable for China’s national conditions,study the influencing factors of hospital"magnetic level",and put forward effective and practical intervention measures.
