我国部分地区三级甲等医院护士信息素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status quo and influencing factors of information literacy among nurses of grade-A tertiary hospitals in selected areas in China

目的调查我国部分地区三级甲等医院护士的信息素养现状,并分析其影响因素。方法2020年11月,采用方便抽样法,使用自行设计的一般资料问卷、信息素养问卷和创新自我效能感问卷,对我国部分地区三级甲等医院的397名护士进行横断面调查,并对数据进行分析。结果我国部分地区三级甲等医院护士的信息素养得分为73.81±11.96,处于中等水平。收入满意度、是否学习过医学统计学相关课程、创新自我效能感均是护士信息素养的影响因素(均P<0.01)。结论我国部分地区三级甲等医院护士的信息素养处于中等水平,有待进一步提高,护理管理者应该重视护士信息素养的提升,建立、健全护士信息素养培养体系,通过提高护士创新效能感进而全方位、多层次地提升护士信息素养。

Objective To investigate the status quo of information literacy among nurses of grade-A tertiary hospitals in selected areas in China,analyze the influencing factors.Methods In November 2020,397 nurses of grade-A tertiary hospitals in selected areas in China were collected by using a convenient sampling method,to conduct a cross-sectional survey using the self-designed general information questionnaire,information literacy questionnaire and innovative self-efficacy questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The information literacy score among nurses of grade-A tertiary hospitals in selected areas in China was 73.81±11.96,which was in the middle level.Income satisfaction,whether or not to have learned related courses of medical statistics,and innovative self-efficacy were the influencing factors of nurses’information literacy(all P<0.01).Conclusion The information literacy among nurses of grade-A tertiary hospitals in selected areas in China is at a medium level,which need to be further improved.Nursing managers should pay attention to the improvement of nurses’information literacy,establish and perfect the training system of nurses’information literacy,and improve nurses’information literacy in an all-round and multi-level way by improving nurses’innovation self-efficacy.
