摘要
目的调查陕西省某三级甲等医院护士情绪劳动与隐性缺勤的现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、情绪劳动量表、隐性缺勤量表(the Stanford presen-teeism scale-6,SPS-6),于2020年10-11月对陕西省某三级甲等医院258名护士进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果258名护士情绪劳动条目总均分为3.63±0.69,3个维度条目均分依次为深层表演5.29±1.38、情绪表达要求3.22±1.02和表层扮演3.14±1.11,SPS-6量表总分为16.32±3.24;隐性缺勤与情绪劳动、表层扮演、情绪表达要求均呈正相关,与深层扮演呈负相关(r=0.309、0.463、0.220、-0.320,均P<0.05)。结论陕西省某三级甲等医院护士情绪劳动与隐性缺勤存在相关性,即随着情绪劳动水平的增加,隐性缺勤水平越高。
Objective To investigate the status quo of emotional labor and presenteeism of nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province,explore the correlation between them.Methods Using general data questionnaire,emotional labor scale and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale(SPS-6),a questionnaire survey was conducted among 258 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province from October to November in 2020,and the data were analyzed.Results The average score of emotional labor items of 258 nurses was 3.63±0.69.The average scores of three dimensions were 5.29±1.38 for deep performance,3.22±1.02 for emotion expressiondemands,3.14±1.11 for surface performance.The total score of SPS-6 scale was 16.32±3.24.Presenteeism was positively correlated with emotional labor,surface performance,and emotion expression demands,and negatively correlated with deep performance(r=0.309,0.463,0.220,-0.320,all P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between emotional labor and presenteeism among nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province,that is,with the increase of emotional labor level,the level of presenteeism is higher.
