氟中毒拮抗物的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 地方性氟中毒(地氟病)是严重危害人体健康的疾病,我国对地氟病已经建立了有效的预防措施,但是缺乏有效的治疗手段。我们综述了近年来有关氟中毒拮抗物的研究进展,为进一步研究氟中毒的治疗提供参考依据。结果表明,具有氟中毒拮抗作用的物质包括:微量元素如硒、镁、钙、铜和锌等;中药成分如龙眼参多糖、黄芪、二苯乙烯苷、天麻素、白藜芦醇等;一氧化氮合酶(NOS)抑制剂如7-硝基吲唑(7-NI)、L-亚氨基乙基鸟氨酸(L-NIO)、L-单甲基-精氨酸(L-NMMA)和N-[3-(氨甲基)苄基]乙脒(1400W);其他物质如硫酸软骨素。 Endemic fluorosis is a serious disease with harmful influence on human health.In China,active preventive measures have been established for the disease,but there is no effective treatment.The paper reviews the recent studies on antagonists of fluorosis,which might provide the theoretical basis for further investigation on the treatment of fluorosis.The results show that the substances with the antagonistic effect of fluorosis include trace elements such as selenium,magnesium,calcium,copper and zinc,components from traditional Chinese medicine such as polysaccharide from longan ginseng,astragalus,stilbene glycoside,gastrodin,resveratrol,nitric oxide synthase inhibitors such as 7-nitroindazole(7-NI),L-iminoethyl ornithine hydrochloride(L-NIO),L-monomethyl arginine(L-NMMA)and N-[3-(ammonia-methyl)benzyl]acetamidine(1400 W),and other substances such as chondroitin sulfate.
