[目的/意义]重大疫情具有很大情景性、随意性和变化性,不仅需要随时进行识别和跟踪其相关信息,还要采取有弹性和适应性的治理信息策略。[方法/过程]基于国家治理视角分析疫情信息的清晰内涵,识别重大疫情周期波动与之相适应信息清晰性的治理需求,进而提出周期性疫情信息治理的具体对策。[结果/结论]通过借助疫情信息治理,化危为机,推进重大疫情防治长效机制的形成。

[Purpose/significance]Major epidemics are episodic random and changeable so it is necessary not only to identify and track relevant information at any time but also to adopt flexible and adaptive information management strategies.[Method/process]Based on the a national governance perspective the paper analyzes the clear connotation of epidemic information identifies the major epidemic cycle fluctuation and governance demands corresponding to information clarity and then puts forward the concrete countermeasures of periodic epidemic information management.[Result/conclusion]It transforms crisis into opportunities through epidemic information management and promotes the formation of long-term prevention and control mechanism of major epidemic.
