摘要
研究含钛晶质玻璃的熔化工艺,探讨改变熔制气氛、温度、时间和熔制方式对光学性能及熔化质量的影响。采用拉曼光谱分析气氛对玻璃结构变化,UV-Vis分光光度计、阿贝折射仪分别测定了不同条件下玻璃透过率、折射率的变化情况。结果表明:氧化气氛会影响Ti在玻璃结构中的状态,由[TiO_(4)]转变[TiO_(6)]结构,填充到玻璃网络空隙,氧化气氛条件下透过率提高约2%;熔化温度过高使玻璃颜色偏黄,透过率降低约15%;熔化时间长对刚玉坩埚侵蚀严重,玻璃条纹增多,铂金和二次熔化方式对玻璃均匀性有较大改善。
Study the melting process of titanium-containing crystalline glass,and discuss the influence of changing the melting atmosphere,temperature,time and melting method on the optical performance and melting quality.Raman spectroscopy was used to analyze the change of glass structure by atmosphere.UV-Vis spectrophotometer and Abbe refractometer were used to measure the change of glass transmittance and refractive index under different conditions.The results show that:oxidizing atmosphere will affect the state of Ti in the glass structure,changing from[TiO_(4)]to[TiO_(6)]structure,filling the voids of the glass network,the transmittance under the oxidizing atmosphere is increased by about 2%;the melting temperature is too high to make the glass color yellowish,the transmittance is reduced by about 15%;the corundum crucible is corroded seriously by the long melting time,and the glass fringes increase.Platinum and the secondary melting method have greatly improved the uniformity ofthe glass.
