摘要
针对传统卡脖水包车的体积笨重、人工操作繁杂,造成水包漏水等应急事故不能及时处理等缺陷,设计制作了一种双轨悬挂式的卡脖水包车。该装置采用双轨悬挂钢结构和电动升降机的控制方法,替代了人工操作,减轻了员工劳动强度,提高了安全生产效率。
Aiming at the defects ofbulky volume,manual operation and failure to deal with emergency accidents such as water leakage of water bag of traditional neck water bag car,a double rail suspension neck water bag car are designed and manufactured.The device adopts the control method of double rail suspension steel structure and electric elevator,which replaces manual operation and reduces the labor intensity of employees,The safety production efficiency is improved.
