乳腺癌改良根治术后患者PTGI评分与其应对方式的关系

Relationship Between PTGI Score and Coping Style of Breast Cancer Patient After Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的探究乳腺癌改良根治术后患者创伤后成长量表(PTGI)评分与其应对方式的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月广昌县人民医院91例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者作为研究对象,对其PTGI评分进行调查,通过单因素、多元线性回归对结果进行分析,明确影响乳腺癌改良根治术后患者PTGI评分的因素,并分析应对方式与创伤后成长的关系。结果乳腺癌改良根治术后患者PTGI总分为(58.74±4.87)分;乳腺癌改良根治术后患者PTGI评分与年龄、体质量指数、民族、职业、宗教信仰、病理类型无关(P>0.05);居住地为城镇、受教育程度为大专及以上、婚姻状况为已婚、家庭月收入>5 000元、医疗费用支付方式为医疗保险、癌症分期为Ⅱ期、医学应对方式为面对患者PTGI评分较高(P<0.05);居住地、受教育程度、婚姻状况、家庭月收入、医疗费用支付方式、癌症分期、医学应对方式为影响乳腺癌改良根治术后患者PTGI评分的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后患者PTGI评分较低,还有待提高,影响其水平相关因素较多,应对方式可影响患者PTGI评分,临床可通过调整患者应对方式提升其创伤后成长。

Objective To explore the relationship between post-traumatic growth scale(PTGI) scores and coping styles of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Ninety-one patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Guangchang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and their PTGI scores were investigated.The results were analyzed through single factor and multiple linear regression,and the breast cancer was clearly affected.The factors of PTGI score of patients after modified radical resection of cancer were analyzed,and the relationship between coping style and post-traumatic growth was analyzed.Results The total PTGI score of patients after modified radical mastectomy was(58.74±4.87) points.The PTGI score of patients after modified radical mastectomy was not related to age,body mass index,ethnicity,occupation,religious belief,pathological type(P>0.05).The place of residence was the town,the education level was college degree or above,the marital status was married,the family monthly income was more than 5 000 yuan,the medical expenses payment method was medical insurance,the cancer staging was stage Ⅱ,and the medical response method was to face the patient with a comparative PTGI score high(P<0.05).Residence,education level,marital status,monthly family income,medical expenses payment method,cancer stage,and medical coping style were related factors that affect the PTGI score of patients after modified radical mastectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The PTGI score of patients after modified radical mastectomy is low and needs to be improved.There are many related factors that affect their level.The coping style can affect the PTGI score of the patient.Clinically,the patient’s coping style can be adjusted to improve their post-traumatic growth.
