老年股骨颈骨折患者出院准备度的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Discharge Readiness for Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者出院准备度的影响因素。方法选取2019年2月至2020年11月新密市中医院收治的90例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象。出院前,应用出院准备度量表(RHDS)评估患者出院准备度,并收集患者一般资料,比较不同特征患者RHDS评分情况,分析影响老年股骨颈骨折患者出院准备度的因素。结果 90例老年股骨颈骨折患者RHDS评分为(94.16±8.59)分。不同受教育程度、应对方式、创伤后成长水平、自我效能的患者RHDS评分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,受教育程度低、消极应对、创伤后成长水平低、自我效能水平低是老年股骨颈骨折患者出院准备度低的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者出院准备度受其受教育程度、应对方式、创伤后成长水平、自我效能的影响。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of discharge readiness for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Ninety elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to Xinmi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.Before discharge,the hospital discharge readiness scale(RHDS) was used to assess the patient’s readiness for discharge.The general data of patients were collected,the RHDS scores of patients with different characteristics were compared,and the factors affecting the readiness for discharge of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were analyzed.Results The RHDS score of 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture was(94.16±8.59) points.The RHDS scores of patients with different education levels,coping styles,post-traumatic growth levels,and self-efficacy were statistically different(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that low level of education,negative coping,low post-traumatic growth,and low self-efficacy were risk factors for readiness for discharge in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures(P<0.05).Conclusion The readiness for discharge of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture is affected by their education level,coping style,post-traumatic growth level,and self-efficacy.
