肺癌患者自我感受负担与乐观倾向的相关性

Correlation Between Self-Perceived Burden and Optimism Tendency in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的探讨肺癌患者自我感受负担与乐观倾向的关系。方法选择2020年7月至2021年6月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的80例肺癌患者为研究对象。出院前采用癌症患者自我感受负担量表(SPBS-CP)评估患者自我感受负担(≥30分且<50分为轻度负担,≥50分且<70分为中度负担,≥70分为重度负担),使用生活定向测验修订版量表(LOT-R)评估患者乐观倾向,分析自我感受负担与乐观倾向的关系。结果根据SPBS-CP,80例肺癌患者中轻度负担27例(33.75%),中度负担35例(43.75%),重度负担18例(22.50%)。轻度组乐观、悲观及LOT-R总分高于中度组、重度组(P<0.05),中度组LOT-R各维度分数及总分高于重度组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,SPBS-CP总分与LOT-R量表乐观、悲观得分及总分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者自我感受负担与乐观倾向水平存在一定关系,患者乐观倾向水平越高,自我感受负担越轻。

Objective To explore the relationship between self-perceived burden and optimism tendency in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.Before discharge from the hospital,the self-perceived burdenscale scale for cancer patients(SPBS-CP) was used to assess the patients’ self-perceived burden(≥ 30 points and < 50 points indicated mild burden,≥ 50 points and < 70 points indicated moderate burden,and ≥ 70 points indicated heavy burden),and the life orientation test-revised scale(LOT-R) was used to assess the optimistic tendency of patients.The relationship between self-perceived burden and optimistic tendency was analyzed.Results According to the SPBS-CP,27(33.75%) of 80 lung cancer patients had light burden,35(43.75%) had moderate burden,and 18(22.50%) had heavy burden.The optimistic and pessimistic scores and total score of the LOT-R in the mild group were higher than those in the moderate group and the severe group(P<0.05),and the LOT-R dimension scores and total score in the moderate group were higher than those in the severe group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of SPBS-CP was negatively correlated with the optimistic and pessimistic scores and total score of the LOT-R(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the self-perceived burden of lung cancer patients and the level of optimism.The higher the optimistic level of patients,the lighter the self-perceived burden.
