摘要
本文通过介绍国内外新护士护理安全教育现状,针对目前我国新护士的护理安全教育中存在的问题,提出相关意见,为我国新护士护理安全教育的进一步完善提供参考。
The article summarized the current situation and development of nursing safety education for new nurses at home and abroad,aiming at the problems existing in nursing safety education for new nurses in China,puts forward relevant opinions,and provides reference for the further improvement for new nurses’ nursing safety education in China.
