基于CLTC-P的高效空调循环外油耗测试分析 被引量:1

摘要 高效空调、怠速启停、高效大灯、制动能量回收、换挡提示等循环外技术对提升汽车经济性运行有着显著的作用。以汽车高效空调油耗为例,选取了典型的中国乘用车工况(CLTC-P)与试验环境、条件进行组合,分别选择了一台装备高效空调的试验车和一台装备普通空调的试验车进行燃油经济性测试对比。测试结果表明,装备高效空调的车辆空调开和关之间的油耗差别约20%,而装备普通空调的车辆其油耗差别约36%。该结论为高效空调循环外技术的推广及运用提供了较为科学的参考依据。 The off-cycle technology is significant effect for improving fuel consumption of a car,such as the high efficiency air condition systems,the start-stop systems,the high efficiency headlamp systems,the braking energy recovery systems and the shifting indicator systems and so on.Take the fuel consumption of automobile high efficiency air condition systems as an example,typical China light-duty vehicles test cycle for passenger car and combination of test environment and conditions were selected,a test vehicle equipped with high efficiency air conditioning and a test vehicle equipped with ordinary air conditioning were selected for fuel economy test and comparison.The test results show that the fuel consumption difference between turning on and off air conditioners is about 20%for test vehicle equipped with high efficiency air conditioning,however,the fuel consumption difference between turning on and off air conditioners is about 36%for test vehicle equipped with ordinary air conditioning.This conclusion provides more scientific reference basis for the popularization and application of the off-cycle technology of the high efficiency air condition.
