摘要
“新医科”发展战略的出台,表明国家正在持续探索医学教育改革新模式。作为新兴学科,智能医学工程需顺应时代发展需要,通过建立以需求为导向的人才培养机制、完善以精细化管理为核心的人才培养体系、发挥以医疗机构为依托的资源优势作用等多种方式,促进学科在医疗、教学、科研、实践层面的高效衔接,为智能医学工程人才队伍建设提供新的发展思路。
The introduction of the“new medical”development strategy shows that the country is continuing to explore a new model of medical education reform.As an emerging discipline,intelligent medical engineering needs to conform to the development needs of the Times,and promote the efficient connection of disciplines in medical treatment,teaching,scientific research and practice by establishing the demand-oriented talent training mechanism,improving the talent training system with fine management as the core and giving play to the resource advantages based on medical institutions.It provides new development ideas for construction of intelligent medical engineering talent team.
