数控车床教学的微课应用实践

摘要 数控机床是机械工程和机械电子工程综合的跨学科专业,涉及理论繁杂,传统教育模式下学生难以掌握深层次知识理论,且理论与实践存在明显脱节。研究数控车床教学的微课应用,有利于促进职业教育发展。通过分析数控车床教学特点、知识结构,结合教育现状将微课教育模式用于教学实践中。微课堂能够通过动态影像促进学生较快学习了解该课程,同时,微课堂具有较快的反馈机制,促进学生的知识掌握、疑点解答,有助于加强学生对知识的接受与吸收。 CNC lathe is a comprehensive interdisciplinary specialty of mechanical engineering and mechanical electronic engineering,which involves complex theories.Under the traditional education mode,it is difficult for students to master deep knowledge theory,and there is a significant gap between theory and practice.The microlecture application of CNC lathe teaching is studied to promote the development of vocational education.By analyzing the teaching characteristics and knowledge structure of CNC lathe,combined with the current situation of education,the microlecture education mode is applied to teaching practice.Micro classroom can promote students to learn and understand the course quickly through dynamic images.At the same time,micro classroom has a fast feedback mechanism to promote students to master knowledge and answer questions,which helps to promote students'acceptance and absorption of knowledge.
