Research and Exploration of Urban Development and Urban Renewal in Tianjin

城市扩张中产生的空置区域是发展进程中客观存在的问题,是城市资源的一种浪费。针对政策导向和城市发展过快带来的困扰,结合近年来天津发展放缓的经济趋势,城市发展缓慢和城市资源利用率低等引发的一系列社会问题,以天津市双城发展为例,以城市发展中出现的空置区域为切入点,对天津城市发展的重要历史时期以及天津市区和滨海新区的发展历程进行分析,并探索寻找其成因,旨在通过挖掘区域特性历史文化,促进连接双城区域快速有效地进行城市资源整合和利用。

Vacant areas in urban expansion are an inevitable problem in the development process and a waste of urban re-sources.In view of the problems caused by policy orientation and rapid urban development,combined with a series of social problems caused by the economic trend of slow development,slow urban development and low utilization rate of urban resources in Tianjin in recent years,taking the development of two cities in Tianjin as an example and the vacant areas in urban development as the starting point,this paper analyzes the important historical period of Tianjin urban development and the development process of Tianjin urban area and Binhai New Area,and explores its causes,aiming to promote the rapid and effective integration and utilization of urban resources in the area connecting the two cities by excavating the regional characteristics,history and culture.
