Research and Development of Family-oriented Postoperative Rehabilitation Management System for Elderly Hip Fracture

老年髋部骨折是社会高度关注的公共卫生问题,严重危害老年人的生命安全,康复治疗对患者术后功能恢复发挥着积极作用。基于“互联网+医疗”的理念,搭建面向家庭的老年髋部骨折术后康复管理平台,从平台框架、技术特征、功能模块、平台应用、创新点、可行性等方面探讨平台搭建思路,旨在为患者的家庭康复治疗提供技术基础,有效跟踪患者康复进程,让患者在家获得持续高质量的个性化远程康复服务,同时为新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下减少聚集提供重要手段。

Hip fracture in the elderly is a major public health problem in the society,which seriously endangers the life safety of the elderly.Rehabilitation plays a positive role in the postoperative functional recovery of patients.Based on the concept of“Internet+medical”,a family-oriented postoperative management platform for elderly hip fracture is built.The construction ideas of this platform are discussed from the aspects of platform framework,technical features,functional modules,platform application,innovation point and feasibility.It is expected to provide a technical foundation for patients'home rehabilitation,effectively track patients'recovery process,so that patients can obtain continuous and high-quality personalized telerehabilitation services at home.This study provides an important means to reduce aggregation under the normal prevention and control of COVID-19.
