新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的工人权利保障政策变迁问题研究

Research on the Changes of Workers’ Rights Protection Policy of the Communist Party of China during the New Democratic Revolution

中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队。在新民主主义革命时期,在明确工人的各种权利的前提下,通过话语表达、法律和政策制定等多种方式,根据实际情况进行落实,这可视为中国共产党的初心和使命。另一方面,对这一时期的话语、法律和政策是否规定(或侧重规定某些领域的权利)并实际实现工人的这些权利,以及在此过程中进行必要的限制,必须结合当时的经济、政治、社会背景进行理解。回顾这一时期中国共产党关于工人阶级权利保障的历程,对于树立"工人阶级地位和作用不容动摇、不容忽视"的理念具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

The Communist Party of China has always defined itself as the vanguard of the working class.During the new democratic revolution,on the premise of clarifying the various rights of workers,the Communist Party of China realized these rights through discourse expression,law formulation,policy implementation and other ways,which can be regarded as the original intention and mission of the Communist Party of China.On the other hand,whether the discourse,laws and policies of this period stipulate(or focus on stipulating the rights in some fields)and actually realize these rights of workers,as well as the necessary restrictions in this process,must be understood in combination with the economic,political and social backgrounds at that time.Reviewing the process of the Communist Party of China on the protection of the rights of the working class in this period has important theoretical and practical significances for establishing the concept of"the status and role of the working class cannot be shaken and ignored".
