基于系统动力学的社区志愿者参与度与社区治理绩效关系研究

Research on the Relationship Between Community Volunteer Participation and Community Governance Performance Based on System Dynamics

社区治理一直是国家基层治理中重点关注的对象,社区志愿者作为社区治理主体,在社区治理中起到重要作用。基于系统动力学原理与方法,构建社区志愿者参与度与社区治理绩效的因果关系模型,应用Vensim软件进行系统仿真,验证社区志愿者参与度对社区治理绩效的影响。仿真结果表明:社区志愿者参与度对于社区治理绩效存在正向影响,而政策支持力度对社工机构数量的影响有临界值。该模型可以较好的拟合现实中社区志愿者参与度与社区治理的相互关系,为国家进一步强化基层管理制度提供相关依据。

Community governance has always been the focus of national grassroots governance.Community volunteers,the main body of community governance,play an important role in community governance.Based on the principle and method of system dynamics,the causal relationship model between the participation of community volunteers and the effect of community governance was constructed,and the system simulation was carried out with Vensim software to verify the influence of participation of community volunteers on the community governance.The simulation results show that the participation of community volunteers has a positive effect on the community governance,and the number of community volunteers has a critical value on the effect of community governance.This model can better fit the relationship between community volunteers and community governance in reality,and provide relevant basis for the country to further strengthen the grass-roots management system.
