摘要 为解决传统检定系统对仪器仪表检定效率低、通用性差等问题,提出了一种基于PXIe总线设备的通用仪器仪表自动检定方法,设计并开发了一套针对4大类通用仪器仪表的自动检定系统。通过接口配置、检定项目配置、驱动库加载,可满足不同类别不同型号通用仪器仪表的快速、高效检定或校准,特别适用于批量化计量检定时优势明显。实验结果表明,与传统检定或校准系统相比,单台仪器仪表检定所需时间由按天计算缩短到按分钟计算,明显提高了校准效率,大幅降低了时间成本和人力成本,具有比较高的应用推广价值。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor universality of traditional calibration system for instruments and meters,an automatic calibration method for general instruments based on PXIe bus equipment is proposed,and an automatic calibration system for four types of general instruments is designed and developed.Through the interface configuration,calibration item configuration and driver library loading,it can meet the requirement of rapid and efficient calibration and verification of different types and models of general instruments and meters,especially when it is used for batch measurement calibration.The experimental results indicate that,the calibration time of single instrument is calculated in minutes while the calibration time of single instrument of traditional calibration system is calculated in days.It significantly improves the calibration efficiency,greatly reduces the time cost and labor cost,and has high application significance.
