新型超高温稀土硅酸盐EBC涂层制备工艺优化试验

摘要 近年来,高热效率的航空发动机、燃气轮机的研制备受重视,SiC/SiC等陶瓷基复合材料(CMC)取代镍基高温合金用作发动机、燃气轮机热端高温结构部件的研究也成为了行业热点。陶瓷基复合材料(CMC)由于其表面形成了致密的氧化硅(SiO2),表现出优异的抗高温氧化性。但在发动机燃烧环境中,CMC表面会迅速产生凹陷,这是因为陶瓷表面的氧化层与水蒸气发生反应生成挥发性正硅酸,导致陶瓷基复合材料过早失效[1-3]。
