沉积物分布规律对蒸汽发生器传热性能的影响分析

摘要 为了分析CPR1000核电机组蒸汽发生器沉积物对传热性能的影响,建立蒸汽发生器积污控制策略,结合传热管涡流检查数据和泥渣成分的光谱分析,得到了蒸汽发生器随着运行时间的积垢分布,分析了蒸汽发生器二回路腐蚀产物的来源、组成及分布,并介绍了腐蚀产物在传热管束上的分布对蒸汽发生器传热性能的影响。结果表明:腐蚀产物的分布对传热影响较小,可用污垢热阻法对蒸汽发生器传热性能进行横向对比分析。 In order to analyze the effect of sediment on heat transfer performance of steam generator in CPR1000 nuclear power plant,control strategy was established for fouling in steam generator.Based on eddy current inspection data of heat transfer tube and spectrum analysis of sludge composition,the fouling distribution of steam generator with operation life was obtained.The source,composition and distribution of corrosion products in the secondary circuit of steam generator were analyzed,and the effect of the corrosion products distribution on the heat transfer performance of the steam generator was introduced.The results show that the distribution of corrosion products has slight effect on the heat transfer performance,and the fouling resistance method can be used to analyze the heat transfer performance of the steam generator by unified horizontal comparison.
