摘要
以某中温次高压(高参数)再热垃圾焚烧锅炉为例,对比同等规模中温中压(中参数)垃圾焚烧锅炉,在锅炉结构、前期投资成本、运行维护成本、发电收益、运行安全性等方面进行比较分析。结果表明:采用高参数模式,项目处理规模越大,经济效益越明显;但是,对于中小型垃圾焚烧项目更适合采用传统的中参数模式。
Taking a medium temperature and sub high pressure(high parameter)reheat waste incineration boiler as an example,the boiler structure,initial investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,power generation income,operation safety and other aspects of the same scale medium temperature and medium pressure(medium parameter)waste incineration boiler were compared and analyzed.The results show a higher parameter mode benefits more with a larger scale,while the traditional medium parameter mode is more suitable for small and medium-sized waste incineration projects.
