急性胃炎采用阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗的观察及评价

Observation and Evaluation of Atropine Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Acute Gastritis

目的探讨急性胃炎采用阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗的效果。方法将我院2018年4月至2019年9月急性胃炎患者100例,随机分组,山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗组就诊患者采取山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗,阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗组对本次就诊患者采取阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组急性胃炎疗效;泛酸症状消失的时间、上腹疼痛消失的时间;治疗前后患者平均胃动素监测水平、胃泌素监测水平、胃炎炎性分子;不良反应。结果阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗组急性胃炎疗效高于山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗组,P<0.05。阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗组泛酸症状消失的时间、上腹疼痛消失的时间短于山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗组,P<0.05。阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗组平均胃动素监测水平、胃泌素监测水平、胃炎炎性分子水平均优于山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗组,P<0.05。两组的不良反应中,阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗组出现2例口干,1例头痛和1例心悸,山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗组1例口干,1例头痛和1例心悸,P>0.05。结论相对于山莨菪碱+奥美拉唑治疗,阿托品+奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎效果更好,可更快更好的改善病情,缩短治疗时间且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of atropine combined with omeprazole in the treatment of acute gastritis.Methods One hundred patients with acute gastritis in our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the anisodamine+omeprazole treatment group were treated with anisodamine+omeprazole,and patients in the atropine+omeprazole treatment group were treated with atropine+omeprazole.The curative effect of acute gastritis,the time of disappearance of pantothenic acid symptoms,the time of disappearance of upper abdominal pain,the average motilin monitoring level,gastrin monitoring level,gastritis inflammatory molecules and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of atropine+omeprazole group was higher than that of anisodamine+omeprazole group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pantothenic acid symptoms and upper abdominal pain in atropine+omeprazole group was shorter than that in anisodamine+omeprazole group(P<0.05).The average level of motilin,gastrin and gastritis inflammatory molecules in atropine+omeprazole group were better than those in anisodamine+omeprazole group(P<0.05).Among the side effects of the two groups,there were 2 dry mouth,1 headache and 1 palpitation in atropine+omeprazole group,1 dry mouth,1 headache and 1 palpitation in anisodamine+omeprazole group(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment of anisodamine+omeprazole has a better effect in the treatment of,atropine+omeprazole,which can improve the condition faster and better,shorten the treatment time and have fewer adverse reactions.
