中西医结合方法治疗色素性紫癜性皮肤病的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Pigmentary Purpura Dermatosis

目的针对色素性紫癜性皮肤病进行中西医结合治疗,探讨其临床疗效。方法将本院收治确诊为色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者作为本次研究对象来源,在其中随机抽取100例,诊疗时间范围在2019年12月至2020年12月,以随机法设计方式分组。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗措施,观察组则为中西医结合治疗,对比治疗疗效。结果从治疗上看,观察组患者的治疗总疗效率为94.00%,对照组为70.00%,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组免疫学指标,观察组IgA、IL-10水平均显著低于对照组,组间差异确切,P<0.05。与此同时,在全血黏度高切和低切指标上,观察组治疗后优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最后,还对比了两组患者用药后的不良反应发生率,其无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组患者均出现嗜睡、口干以及胃肠道不适的情况。结论通过中西医结合方案对于色素性紫癜性皮肤病的治疗疗效好,不会导致患者出现不良反应,且对于患者的凝血黏度以及免疫学指标有明显改善,可推广应用。

Objective Treat pigmentary purpura dermatosis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and explore its clinical efficacy.Methods The patients diagnosed with pigmentary purpura dermatosis in our hospital were selected as the source of this study,and 100 cases were randomly selected.The diagnosis and treatment time ranged from December 2019 to December 2020,and were divided into groups by random design.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while those in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,contrast treatment effect.Results From the point of view of treatment,the total curative rate of patients in the observation group was 94.0%,while that in the control group was 70.0%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the immunological indexes of the two groups,the levels of IgA and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was exact,P<0.05.At the same time,the difference outperformed the control group in both high and low whole blood viscosity in the observation group affer treatment(P<0.05).Finally,we also compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The two groups had drowsiness,dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect on pigmentary purpura dermatosis,and will not lead to adverse reactions.It can obviously improve the coagulation viscosity and immunological indexes of patients,and can be popularized and applied.
