外周血平均血小板体积在儿童社区获得性肺炎中的价值

Value of Average Platelet Volume in Peripheral Blood in Children with Community-Acquired Pneumonia

目的通过对儿童CAP患者及健康儿童的外周血MPV水平对比分析总结差异,研究MPV水平在儿童社区获得性肺炎诊治中的应用价值。方法选取于我院就诊的社区获得性肺炎患儿600例作为本次的研究组,并依据临床诊断将其分为48例SCAP组和552例非SCAP组,同时选取正常体检健康儿童100例作为本次研究的对照组。采用仪器分析法检测外周血MPV水平、WBC计数并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果研究组外周血MPV水平为(9.42±0.76)分,明显高于对照组外周血MPV水平(8.13±0.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),WBC水平两组不具有差异(P>0.05);SCAP组患者MPV水平为(10.27±0.58)分,明显高于非SCAP组患者(9.32±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),WBC水平两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论MPV水平在一定程度上反应了机体的炎症状况及CAP的严重程度,可为儿童CAP患者的发现与诊治中提供参考价值。

Objective The difference of MPV level in peripheral blood of children with CAP and healthy children was analyzed and summarized to study the application value of MPV level in the diagnosis and treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 600 children with community-acquired pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the study group,and according to clinical diagnosis,they were divided into 48 SCAP group and 552 non-SCAP group,and 100 healthy children with normal physical examination were selected as the control group.The peripheral blood MPV level and WBC count were detected by instrumental analysis and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The MPV levels in the peripheral blood of the study group were(9.42±0.76)poins and(8.13±0.58)poins,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in WBC levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The MPV level of SCAP group was(10.27±0.58)poins,and that of non-SCAP group was(9.32±0.56)poins.The MPV level of SCAP group was significantly higher than that of non-SCAP group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the WBC level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion MPV level reflects the inflammation status of the body and the severity of CAP to a certain extent,which can provide a reference for clinicians in the discovery and diagnosis and treatment of children with CAP.
