咪达唑仑复合舒芬太尼在腰硬联合麻醉中的镇静效果及不良反应分析

Sedative Effect and Adverse Reaction of Midazolam Combined with Sufentanil in Lumbar Epidural Anesthesia

目的研究咪达唑仑复合舒芬太尼在腰硬联合麻醉中的镇静效果和不良反应。方法选择我院在2017年10月至2019年10月收治的100例ASA妇科手术患者为观察对象,将患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者单独使用咪达唑仑治疗,观察组患者使用咪达唑仑复合舒芬太尼治疗,对比两组患者的镇静效果和不良反应。结果观察组患者在给药之后的QAA/S评分比对照组低,表示观察组患者的镇静程度比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者的遗忘程度比对照组好(P<0.05);观察组患者没有出现体动反应,对照组有10例患者出现不同程度的体动反应,其中恶心、呕吐和呃逆等不良反应两组均没有患者出现。结论使用咪达唑仑复合舒芬太尼在腰硬联合麻醉中具有良好的镇定效果,且患者没有出现并发症,值得临床推广使用。

Objective Study the sedative effects and adverse reactions of midazolam compound sufentanil in lumbar epidural anesthesia.Methods 100 cases of ASA gynecological surgery treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with midazolam alone and the observation group with midazolam combined with sufentanil.The sedation effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The QAA/S score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,indicating that the sedation degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the forgetting degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group did not have a physical reaction;in the control group,10 patients had different levels of physical reactions,including nausea,vomiting and hiccups,and there were no patients in two groups.Conclusion Midazolam combined with sufentanil has a good calming effect in lumbar epidural anesthesia,and the patients have no complications,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
