黄芪建中汤合良附丸加减治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚寒证)的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Liangfu Pill in the Treatment of Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis(Spleen Stomach Deficiency Cold Syndrome)

目的探讨慢性非萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚寒证)患者采用黄芪建中汤合良附丸加减治疗的效果与临床价值。方法取88例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者为探究对象,抽签分两组,各44例。给予温胃舒颗粒治疗为对照组;给予黄芪建中汤合良附丸加减疗法为观察组。比较治疗效果的差异。结果两组相比,观察组相关指标、中医症候积分、治疗效果、并发症发生率、胃镜检查评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤合良附丸加减治疗能够提高患者生存质量,改善SS、GAS、EGF水平变化情况,缓解疼痛和便血症状,降低中医症候积分,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of huangqi jianzhong Decoction and liangfu Pill in the treatment of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome).Methods Eighty-eight patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups by lot,44 cases in each group.Wenweishu granule was used as the control group;the observation group was treated with huangqi jianzhong Decoction and liangfu Pill.Compare the difference in treatment effect.Results Compared with the two groups,the related indexes,TCM symptom score,treatment effect,complication rate and gastroscopy score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified treatment of huangqi jianzhong Decoction and liangfu Pill can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the changes of SS,gas and EGF levels,relieve pain and bloody stool symptoms,and reduce the score of TCM syndrome points.It is worthy of promotion.
