整体护理运用于老年急性阑尾炎围手术期的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Holistic Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Senile Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨整体护理在老年急性阑尾炎围手术期中的应用价值。方法将2018年4月至2019年5月本院接收的老年急性阑尾炎患者80例纳入至研究中,根据先后入院时间分为两组,对照组(40例)实施常规护理方案,研究组(40例)接受整体护理方法,比较两组护理效果。结果在并发症发生率及护理满意度方面,研究组(5.00%,95.00%)均较对照组(25.00%,77.50%)更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院时间、肛门排气时间、术后疼痛时间及术后饮食时间方面,研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在老年急性阑尾炎围手术期护理中具有较高的应用价值,不仅可以改善紧张的护患关系,提高满意度,同时可缩短住院时间,及早排气、饮食。

Objective To explore the application value of holistic nursing in the perioperative period of elderly acute appendicitis.Methods Eighty elderly patients with acute appendicitis received in our hospital from April 2018 to may 2019 were included in the study.According to the time of admission,they were divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)received the routine nursing plan,and the study group(40 cases)received the holistic nursing method to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results In the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction,the study group(5.00%,95.00%)was better than the control group(25.00%,77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of hospitalization time,anal exhaust time,postoperative pain time and postoperative diet time,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing has a high value in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with acute appendicitis.It can not only improve the tense relationship between nurses and patients,improve satisfaction,but also shorten the hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and diet as soon as possible.
