在腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术护理中开展细节护理的临床效果研究

To Study the Clinical Effect of Detail Nursing in Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

目的探讨分析对接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗的患者实施细节护理的效果。方法选取本院160例直肠癌患者开展本次研究,标本纳入时间范围为2019年4月至2021年4月,将所有患者按照数字表法进行平均分组,分别为甲组和乙组,各80例。其中给予常规手术护理的为甲组,给予细节护理的为乙组,比较两组的护理效果。结果比较两组术后恢复情况、护理满意度以及术后并发症发生率,乙组均优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论根据本次研究的结果可以确认,对接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗的患者实施细节护理的效果十分确切,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of detailed nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with rectal cancer in our hospital were selected for this study.The time range of specimens was from April 2019 to April 2021.All patients were divided into group A and group B according to the numerical table method,with 80 patients in each group.Group A was given routine surgical nursing,and group B was given detailed nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared,group B was better than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that the effect of detailed nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is very accurate,and it is worth promoting vigorously in clinical practice.
