综合护理对长期维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Quality of Life of Patients with Long-term Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨长期维持性血液透析患者采取综合护理对生活质量的影响。方法本次试验采取奇偶数分组标准将我院收治的90例长期维持性血液透析患者分为两组,各45例,观察组与对照组分别采取综合护理与常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组社会功能、生理功能、认知能力及情感职能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肌酐、尿素氮、钾离子、血红蛋白指标均较对照组的指标更优(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在治疗性上比较,前者更高(P<0.05)。结论长期维持性血液透析患者采取综合护理能够保证临床效果,改善患者的生活质量,提升患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with long-term maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 90 patients with long-term maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the odd even grouping standard,45 cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were treated with comprehensive nursing and routine nursing respectively to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The social function,physiological function,cognitive ability and emotional function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of creatinine,urea nitrogen,potassium ion and hemoglobin in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term maintenance hemodialysis patients to take comprehensive care,can ensure the clinical effect,improve patients'quality of life,improve patients'treatment compliance.
